Geoff Cowan, Water Safety Officer at the RNLI Cullercoats, will be joining us for an engaging and informative SUP Safety Talk, held in our newly opened coffee shop, Kahvi, upstairs at CBK Adventures.

Whether you’re completely new to stand up paddleboarding or already heading out regularly, this is the perfect opportunity to build confidence, sharpen your knowledge and get fully prepared for a safe and enjoyable summer on the water.

Expect a relaxed, friendly evening packed with practical advice, real-life insight and simple safety tips that every paddler should know before launching.
